
Brown thawed tilapia fillets in 3 tbsp. butter for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan. Melt 2 tbsp. lemon juice & pour over fish. Season with red peppercorns, chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste. Serve over wild rice or your favorite pasta with a side of lightly buttered carrots.
Tilapia can be broiled, fried, grilled, roasted , baked, poached, sautéed or steamed. Due to it's delicate flavor, subtle sauces are recommended. Easy to cook, fish is ready if the meat flakes when tested with a fork.
