Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Corn salsa

Instructions

Rub salmon with olive oil. season with salt and pepper and then grill.
Spoon salsa over grilled salmon.

Serving Ideas

Serve with pureed black bean soup with sour cream and chopped tomato garnish as an appetizer, mixed green salad, hot french bread and raspberry pie for dessert

potatoes au gratin, asparagus and berry cobbler.

Other Options

Use leftover fish for salmon hash. Serve with poached egg and fresh fruit.
