
Season fish with salt & pepper, dredge in flour. Over medium heat, add olive oil to pan. Brown fish on both sides & cook through. Remove from pan & place on platter. Toss olives, tomatoes, garlic, thyme, & squeeze of lemon in pan. Heat while tossing for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Place on top of fish.
Serve with buttered orzo pasta and sauteed zucchini.
