
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brush fish with sweet and sour barbecue sauce. Reserve remaining sauce for table use.
Place in prepared baking dish. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Serve with jasmine rice, steamed snow peas, and a tropical fruit salad; or potato salad, green beans, corn on the cob, and chilled melon.
