Serving Suggestion

Bake, sauté or grill halibut. For grilling, brush generously on both sides with oil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until fish flakes. Top with fresh fruit salsa. Serve with oven browned potatoes.

Easy to bake, broil or microwave with lemon & herb sauce. Baste often if grilling & cook until meat flakes when tested with a fork (8 to 10 minutes).
