
Originally from Washington, Carrie started her career in a remote salmon cannery on Kodiak Island, Alaska. She earned a BS degree in geography from the University of Washington and joined Odyssey in 1997. At the cannery she was initially involved in the packing department as a processor, moved to the kitchen then quickly into the office. At Odyssey she started off as a traffic coordinator and is now a sales assistant to Pete and Jennifer. Carrie is our customers’ best friend, she quotes prices, writes up orders and grabs the phone to make sure you get to talk to a friendly voice rather than a machine. As our resident wine expert, she’s the one to ask what wine goes with what fish.
