Our management team is made up of dedicated owner/operators ready to help you keep pace with the changing demands of the marketplace. In 1982, Odyssey opened for business with a single goal: To provide our clients with the finest premium quality seafood available. Today, we offer a wide range of food service and retail-ready products designed to meet the needs of our customers.
Odyssey's primary processing plant is located in Seattle, where we specialize in value-added crab and breaded and battered products. In 1997, we became involved in processing seafood in China, and we now have strong, long-term relationships with several plants in Chinese cities.
