In 1982, Odyssey opened for business with a single goal: To provide our clients with the finest premium quality seafood available. Today, we offer a wide range of food service and
retail-ready products designed to meet the needs of our customers. All Odyssey product lines are now marketed under our signature "Treasures from the Sea" label.
Odyssey's primary processing plant is located in Seattle, where we specialize in value-added crab and breaded and battered products. In 1997, we became involved in processing seafood in China, and we now have strong, long-term relationships with several plants in Chinese cities.
